What treatments are successful for removing dandruff?
Use an anti-dandruff shampoo
Choose an anti-dandruff shampoo that works for you and use it more than twice a week to effectively remove dandruff. However, everyone should take additional care to rinse the scalp, ears, cheeks, and other areas with clean water after using shampoo to ensure that no traces of shampoo remain on the skin, particularly to prevent cleaned dandruff from settling on the forehead and face.

Use the conditioner correctly
Conditioner, I feel, is the most basic step in many ladies' maintenance routine. In truth, many girls have not realized that conditioner should only be applied to the ends of their hair. If it comes into touch with the scalp too often, it can cause scalp damage and dandruff.
Do not wash your hair every day
Wash your hair properly and keep your scalp dry. It is recommended that you wash your hair every 2-3 days rather than every day. Make sure to wash your hair with warm water. Overheating the water stimulates scalp oil secretion, making the hair oilier; too cold water shrinks the pores, preventing dirt from being rinsed out. Simply use warm water at about 20℃. Gently massage your scalp with your fingertips. Don't dig with your nails. The more you dig, the worse the dandruff will become. After washing your hair, rinse it with clean water to keep shampoo from staying on the scalp and irritating it.
